Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan is genuinely free and never asks for payment details. Premium and Family Plus start with a 14-day free trial, so you only add a card if you decide to keep it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings. Changes take effect straight away and we prorate the difference.
What counts as a family member?
Anyone you invite by email and who accepts. Each member gets their own sign-in, colour-coded calendar and chore list.
Are Google and Microsoft calendars included?
Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook is included on Premium and above, alongside AI suggestions and exports.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Premium is £2.99/month or £29.99/year — paying annually saves you roughly £6 a year. Family Plus is £4.99/month or £49.99/year — paying annually saves you roughly £10 a year.
Is my family's data private?
Calendar tokens are encrypted, access is controlled per member, and you can disconnect any account instantly.
